"Your clothes fit me well and the fabrics never disappoint. However, I needed to return an item and the whole process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Please work on it. At this point, I am very hesitant to order anything, just in case it might need to be returned. Thank you for asking and for eventually crediting my credit card.
