"Besides having the best clothes in the US the customer service was exceptionally helpful and made it easy for me to return pants that I ordered the wrong size. Style and fit are spot

"Style and fit are spot on, but I wish the fabric was a bit heavier. I have slightly thicker upper thighs, therefore “chub rub” is an issue, and these jeans never survive normal wear without tearing in that area. I don’t order as often as i’d like because of this issue, but instead turn to another brand that lasts longer but really doesn’t fit the way i’d like. If the inner, upper thigh area could be reinforced somewhat it would greatly improve the durability of these jeans, as i’m sure i’m not the only woman who doesn’t have the “model thigh gap”. These really are my go to jeans for style and comfort and i’d wear them every day if they didn’t wear out so quickly, but I can’t justify purchasing new ones every couple of months because of this issue."
