The return instructions said “return through Happy Returns”, but when I went to Ultra to return, they said I needed a QR code, which was not mentioned in the return instructions when I purchased it. In addition to the $9. 99 return charge, plus return shipping, I decided to donate this lovely shirt to charity rather than return it for a pittance. Please improve your instructions for returns AND eliminate the return charge!"
