Elasticized waistline is too long
As other reviewers have commented, the waistline is strange. It is long and makes me look very shapeless through the middle. The ruffle at the bottom is attached with a seam with a very wide overlap on the inside which catches me in the knees with every step. If I could improve this, I might keep it, because I like the material, pattern, collar and fit (other than the waistline).

Beautiful Fabric/Odd Design
I bought this dress because it looked like me. The fabric is beautiful in content and print. The waist is odd. It fits strangely because it’s a wide band of smocked elastic.
If it just been a simple elastic waist with a tie belt it would be PERFECT! It’s a beautiful otherwise. I am right at the petite cutoff at 5’3” and the length was fine. I couldn’t have lived with the waist so returned it.

Was not what I was hoping for
Did not really care for the fit, the style, or the colors. I thought the prints would be more vivid, and I didn't realize the bottom third of the skirt is a large ruffle. Sorry, just wasn't what I expected.

Perfect summer dress
Really cute dress that is perfect for summer! It is made with a rayon/modal fabric blend so is lightweight and breathable. I ordered a small which fit perfectly (5’7”, 140 lbs, small
chested). My only complaint (mild) is that the smocking around the waist is a bit loose—I wish it fit more snuggly against the waist.
