Nice pants.
I purchased these pants in my usual size mainly because the description said it was 5% spandex. Well, they left the spandex out of the waistband. There is no stretch at all therefore the pants are too small around the waist so I'll be returning them. Very disappointed.

Signature fit!
The Signature slimming line fits me just about perfectly. These pants are no exception. The fabric drapes well and these fit well -- not too tight but not baggy. Very comfortable. I was surprised to find these have a fixed waistband, and not the Signature Slimming inner elasticized waist. That's why these get 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice fit.
Nice fit and legs are not tight like skinny pants. I prefer slacks where they are normal width on bottom, these are close enough since I cannot find the others. Pants are a bit long. Not until recent years have I had to shorten my pants. I'm 5'6" and that used to be average.
