"I'm not very happy right now I've always been able to depend on Christopher and banks for what I've offered but this time they sent me the the right pants BUT the WRONG SIZE!!! I know I put size 14 because there is no way I could fit in a size 4!!! I was really looking forward to getting those pants! So I sure hope I will still be able to get them in the right size?! You are the only place that I can find pants that fit me right. When you closed your store here in Salt Lake City I was glad I was able to still order on line but if you make mistakes like this then I'm not sure I dare."

"Thought that they had fixed the stretch marks that are left in the stress points in the fabric with normal wear, but no. For the amount of money you spend on these, I would expect the fabric to last, not stretch out at stress points, and retain color longer. Very disappointed."

"I used to love shopping at Christopher and Banks but the quality of their clothes has declined in recent years. I have several pair of these pants and I loved the quality and the fit BUT when I ordered new ones, the quality is terrible. The fabric feels stiff and scratchy, not soft like the previous pairs. Also the sizes are different than before. I like to buy from the same company because I want consistency in size. These are not the same pants as before. I'll be returned 2 sets of these and paying $9. 95 to return them. I'm done!"
