Not accurate sizing, much too long

"I would have loved to have kept these pants. Christopher Banks needs better quality control of their products. I hate paying for a shipping label to return items that are not accurate in fit. These were an inch and a half longer than other pants in the same size. Also, the brown color was much looser than the same pant in black. Returning both pair for refund."

"Unfortunately I need to return pants but not able to go to ups store. I need a label for return through post office. I have no way of printing label, must be mailed to me. My suggestion a return label should be included in every order, would make returns much easier."
