"I'm VERY frustrated that you no longer have any other jeans, other than the Signature Slimming (which I really love and have several) that aren't HIGH waisted. I can't wear high waisted so I'm very limited to your merchandise now. For many years I purchased this Everyday Jean with mid rise and they fit perfectly. Why couldn't you have made both mid and high rise in this particular jean. . Everyday Straight Cut Jeans?"

"I receive many emails about sales from you and my size 12 are always out of stock. I was a Christopher and Banks customer for the last 20 years or so. In my closet most of my clothes come from Christopher and Banks. I was sad when they closed all your stores here in Kansas City, Kansas and Topeka, Kansas area. I would place an order if you would have my size in stock one of these times. It’s been very disappointing. Looks like I need to find another brand of clothing and different store for my clothing."

"First I ordered a 16 and it was to big. Then I ordered a 14 thinking it would be just right but when I got them back they said 14's but they were missized. They were 12's. I held them up to my 12' and they were exactly the same size. The lady I texted back and forth with was nice and helpful. Great jeans if you can try them on in the stores."

"I have worn C&B relaxed fit jeans for several years and they fit perfectly and were good quality. The ""new"" jeans are thinner denim and fit much smaller. The quality is inferior to the previous model. If you are in the same situation, don't buy these as you will be disappointed. Since there are not stores to try on clothes, I will have to pay the postage to send these back and will not be purchasing jeans again."

"I have been wearing your Relaxed fit, waist-high jeans for years. Several of my jeans are several years old but always the same size. However, once again, I had to return the jeans as the size I have worn and continue to wear no longer fit. The cut of the pants and the fabric has changed so much, I will no longer buy either jeans or other products from C&B. I am sorry as I always love your clothes but quality and sizing can no longer be depended upon to fit."
