Not a fan. The neck

"Not a fan. The neck opening is huge. I would have sent it back but paying postage for returns is costly and a nuisance. Bring back more brick and mortars so we can try the clothes on before purchase. I am 100 miles to the nearest store and that is too far for me. I used to buy lots of clothes but no longer since the store near me closed. Hate paying for shipping and then never knowing how something will look when you try it on. I also like to personally check the quality of the clothes before I buy since sometimes the products are hit or miss. Bring back the stores please."
