Unsatisfied customer
Have been buying from Christopher banks for a long time. Do not like not being able to go to the store and put my hand on purchase that I want and know that I got it. Recently ordered two separate orders one with 5 sweaters in one with two pairs of jeans. Sent both orders in one box and charged me 2 shipment charges. I did not get one of the sweaters and I called the 800 number for customer service and told them the one sweater was not sent. According to them they will look into it however it was on the invoice therefore it was shipped and I should have received it. Did not have A good feeling that anything will be done. Because I have cancer and have had chemo I haved Dropped several sizes and as I said I was very satisfied with the quality of the clothing and now not so much. I had 5 orders in the last month and have had to send several items back. I am not satisfied with the exchange that I had with customer service nor some of the merchandise.

Love the Sweater
Very pretty color and great quality. I'm 5'2" wearing a size large. It does not look great on me because of my shape, it is a little short and boxy. If I was a little thinner it would be really cute.

Way to big
I loved the green color and was excited to get this sweater. I ordered an XL, my normal size, and it is huge. Because it is so large it is sloppy looking. Feels more like a 2X.

Love the color of this sweater!

Ordered both colors
I ordered the Winter Pear first. It came it, fit great, so now I am going back to order the Coral. Well made. Not too heavy, but warm. You hit the mark with this one.
