Risk-free shopping experience: In light of the temporary closure of our stores, we are dedicated to making your shopping experience as flexible as possible and are temporarily extending our return policy to 90 days for all in store or online orders placed February 1, 2020 or later until further notice. Visit our return FAQs for more detail on our Return Policy. Friendship Rewards® Certificates: We know how important your Friendship Rewards® certificates are to you. We also understand for some, there is a preference to use them in-store and try-on our wonderful new arrivals assortment. Therefore, any unused Friendship Rewards® certificates from February will be reissued in the month of April. What this means is that your points will be added back into your account and a new certificate (with certificate number) will be either emailed to you during the first full week of April, or will arrive by mail during the second full week of April.
