Please fix the shrinkage problem! My 3 teen daughters and I all love the different styles of the essential tees. They pair well with SO many things. The one thing that we really do not like, though, is that if they happen to get in the dryer they shrink up. When you are tall, this is a problem. While it is nice that they are 100% cotton, it would be helpful if they had a bit of something else in them so they don't shrink. We try hard to catch them all when they go through the washer and make sure they get hung up, but inevitably someone's shirt makes it into the dryer. Then they are too short. We fix the problem by layering something else under it, but it is not ideal.

Love These TeesI love Satin Trim Tees...they're my daily uniform top for running errands, casual meetings, and casual dinners out. I have more than a dozen in various sleeve lengths. What I like about them is the neckline...it's cut rather high and hides my aging skin. I also like that they're 100% cotton for comfort, and the fabric is not too thin nor see-through. I'm 5'7", 145 pounds, with slightly wide shoulders, small bust and midriff. The Missy Small fits me well...not skin tight, not too loose. They wash nicely, but I hang them to dry so they won't shrink in the dryer. Catch them on sale for excellent value!

The Quality Shrunk TooI have about 75 C&B Essential Tees. The ones that are the oldest are the still in beautiful shape after countless washings on cold, and removing promptly after a low heat dry. Howver, over the past year or so, the quality of the product has dwindled. I just purchased several new colors, washed and dried them as usual, and literally cried when I saw them. They shrank a whole size. The shrinkage was so bad that the satin trim puckered between stitches. Also, the heather tees are pilling. Never have I been so disappointed in a company for which I’ve been a dedicated, loyal customer.

I bought this product and then I bought it again!A sleeve length that is a little longer than the standard short sleeve tee's is hard to find. My upper arms have become a lot less firm in advancing age, so I wanted extra coverage. I bought 2 colors and loved the tees. So I bought another two colors. I expect to be buying a couple more in the future. It may be helpful to someone to know that I put these in the dryer for a few minutes on "delicate" and take them out very damp. I lay the tee flat and gently pat some of the surface to smooth it. Then I lay the sleeves flat and gently press at the edges. I put a hanger inside the tee at the bottom, then pull the hook part up and out of the neck so that I don't overstretch the neck. I take it out the same way when it's dry.

Not what I expectedI have shopped Christopher $ Banks for years and have never had this issue. A lot of the items I still have look great and have held their shape. However, these shirts have been very disappointing. After washing them on the cold wash and drying them on low, they shrunk so bad that I have to wear a sweater over them because they are so short. As a company, we bought several of these shirts. After talking with my coworkers, their shirts shrank also. Just not the quality I am used to from C&B.

I love these tops until they are washed!I've bought many of these tops. I love the 3-4 length sleeves. They look and fit great until they are washed, then they shrink in length, bag out in width and and the color fades. I've also had two that had tiny holes in the fabric when washed and two other that pilled badly. If they would just add a little polyester into the fabric they would hold up much better. After the first or second wash they are just good enough to wear around the house.

Great Softest TeeThe first time I slipped into this tee I felt comfortable. So much so I bought 4 more. This tee is a beautiful pale pink just like I wanted. The 3-4 sleeve is loose enough so it doesn't hug the arm but lays close and that gives it a nice smooth look. It's not too long, the bottom comes down about 4" past my waist and not tight, hangs very nice. I wear a Medium and it's size is true. The quality of the material is outstanding, it washes well and I touch up with an iron because I like a pressed look to my clothes but definitely not necessary. Won't be disappointed if you buy.
